The Rules @ Pleasures Retreat

These rules have been established for the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. We ask that if you know of someone breaking any of them, to please let them know in a gentle but firm manner. They may not be aware of the rule and a little courtesy goes a long way. If they become rude, or otherwise indicate that they cannot or will not comply, please get a hold of your hosts for the evening or any of their assistants. We will resolve the situation. We are all here to have a good time and enjoy both others, and ourselves but we cant do that without some common ground rules. The first 4 items are common in the lifestyle, but they are included here, because they are so important.

1) NO MEANS NO! - This is probably the foundation of our lifestyle. Very basically, the right to say *Yes* is accompanied by the right to say *No* Further explanation is neither necessary nor required. Don't be afraid to be firm!. Be polite, but be firm. Unfortunately, if you are not clear in your statement, you may be giving another person or couple the wrong impression. Face it, many guys don't understand or take *hints* too well. Although you may know what you mean, there are some people who only understand *NO!*

2) DISCRETION! - This rule is very simple. "What you see here, stays here when you leave here!" We don't talk out of school.

3) NO DRUGS! - Obviously, we cannot allow either the use of or possession of any controlled substances on premises. We will not debate this issue at all. Additionally, although we allow guests to BYOB, we do not want or need anyone using alcohol to excess.

4) SMOKING - Please be considerate of non-smokers at the party. Please NO SMOKING in bedrooms, bathrooms or anywhere inside the establishment. Smoking in designated outdoor areas ONLY.

5) DON'T MONOPOLIZE THE PARTY ROOMS! - We need to keep the party rooms available for partying. If you are using them to socialize or sleep, then you are denying their use by other members. The facilities are here for every ones use, but they are not unlimited.

6) TAKE CARE OF THE FURNITURE! - Please use the end tables and coasters or napkins under your drinks. Additionally, we ask that "if naked" you place a towel between your tush and the living room/lounge furniture. Nobody likes to sit in a wet spot. Thanks!!!

7) LET US KNOW THAT YOU ARE COMING! - Reservations are required. We have a much better idea how many guests to prepare for. If for some reason you cannot attend, your cancellation is sincerly appreciated. We cant be good hosts if you don't help.

8) SAFE SEX! - Please, always respect every ones safe sex requirements! Condoms and rubber gloves are available if you are not prepared. Just ask your host for the evening to provide you with some. Be considerate of other peoples bodies! ie..No Hickies or marks on another body unless discussed with that person first.

9) CLEAN ENVIRONMENT! - If you use a condom, please make sure you throw the condom in the garbage after use. It is appreciated if you do not flush them as we are on septic. There will be little garbage containers and Kleenex in each bedroom and bathroom.

10) NO CAMERAS! Photography will not be tolerated. We are a Private Venue. We are private People.
